Booking Policy

Children aged three years and older on the check-in date will be charged the full adult rate. There will be no charge for children under three years old on the check-in date. Please include children over three years old in the "Number of guests" section as adult when completing your booking.

Any guests exceeding the number of guests in the original booking during check-in will incur a charge of JPY27,000 per night for each additional guest.
Cancellation Policy

We facilitate prepayment of the full amount while booking is made.

The guest can refund 90% of the full amount if the booking is cancelled 3 months before arrival.

The guest will be charged 100% of the total price if they cancel in the 3 months before arrival.

If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
