We offers spacious rooms designed to accommodate four persons comfortably. Each room is thoughtfully furnished with a modern Japanese blend, showcasing furniture crafted by talented local artists. To enhance the cozy ambiance, the rooms are equipped with floor heating, providing warmth and comfort during the snow season.

The resort also provides convenient amenities such as coin laundry facilities, allowing guests to refresh their wardrobe during their stay. Additionally, guests can unwind and relax in the soothing sauna, providing a rejuvenating experience after a day of outdoor activities.

Accommodation Tax

Nagano Prefecture will introduce a new accommodation tax on June 1, 2026, applying to all guests staying at hotels, ryokan, and private lodging (minpaku).

A tax of ¥400 per person per night applies for accommodation fees of ¥20,000 to less than ¥50,000 (pre-tax).

This rate is expected to be increased from June 1, 2029.

Details of the Nagano Accommodation Tax

All guests will have to pay this mandatory Tax when check-in with cash.
Effective Date: June 1, 2026.
Targeted Amount: ¥20,000 to less than ¥50,000 per person/night
Tax Amount (June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2029): ¥400 per person per night.
Payment Method: cash on-site when check in.
Exemptions: Stays costing less than ¥6,000 per person per night, and or trip organised by educational structure.

Booking Policy

Children aged three years and older on the check-in date will be charged the full adult rate. There will be no charge for children under three years old on the check-in date. Please include children over three years old in the "Number of guests" section as adult when completing your booking.
Any guests exceeding the number of guests in the original booking during check-in will incur a charge of JPY30,000 per night for each additional guest.

Cancellation Policy

We facilitate prepayment of the full amount while booking is made.
The guest can refund 90% of the full amount if the booking is cancelled 3 months before arrival.
The guest will be charged 100% of the total price if they cancel in the 3 months before arrival.
If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
